Successful Referee Evaluation
In our experience this requires four distinct steps to ensure the referee assessor is correctly aligned when undertaking a referee evaluation. The steps are:
  • Confirm the correct evaluation criteria is being used to assess the referee
  • Compare the referee's performance against the evaluation criteria
  • Identify any other issues that may impact on the referee's performance on the day
  • Create an evaluation report containing all of the above information
