In our experience requires four distinct steps to ensure the line manager, candidate and HR department
requirements are correctly aligned when assessing interviewees. The steps are:
- Ensure your assessment criteria is accurate
- Compare the interviewee against the assessment criteria
- Identify any other issues that may impact on the final selection (risk issues etc)
- Create a recommendation report containing all of the above information
